Born in San Diego, raised near Philly, matured (?) in Indiana (go I.U.!), and now back again on the West Coast, I am enjoying the best climate possible.
I began drawing at an early age then shifted to acrylic paints when crayons just weren’t cutting the mustard. Through my art and photography, I’m able to express my interest in the cinema. Although I pretty much paint it all, I specialize in painting portraits, as I find it most challenging to capture someone’s personality on canvas.

I spend my days as a Marketing Director at UCSD (see the gang above) and my nights as an “artiste” (as my brother Mike calls it). My art has been shown on “Larry King Live!”, been published in two books (one on Madonna and the other on Marilyn Monroe), and has been exhibited in numerous galleries.
So folks, get me (well, more specifically my art) while you can still afford me! For info about purchasing my art, photos, seeing more samples of my work, or to have me do a custom painting for you, email me at dvdpicasso@aol.com.
